DebheadshotWho is Deborah J Lohrenz?  Deborah is a wife (to an amazing man - Brad), stepmom (Ty and Yurek), fur mum to her three Ragdoll cats (Zyre, Miori and Sieka).  She loves to read, paint, travel, be goofy from time to time, walk in the rain, loves life, and enjoys each moment to the fullest.  She likes to inspire and to motivate others.  She can be serious and is also down to earth, loving, passionate and caring.   She is professional, confident and wants to share her story and skills with others.  Deborah is an HR Management Professional, Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), Canadian Management Professional (CMP) and Certified Coaching Practitioner (CCP),
Canadian Certified Professional Leader - Training (CCPL-T) and has worked in the corporate environment for over 20 years. Deborah received her Certificate in Adult Education (CAEd) from Dalhousie University in June 2016. Deborah was an HR Professional (Recruitment Consultant) at Bell Aliant; an Executive Assistant at the CDHA (VG/QEII), xwave and Aliant - working in the Executive Offices.  Deborah says her EA experience helps her every day, as it gave her the essential skills needed to be a business professional.

Deborah’s decision to become a Life Coach comes from overcoming many challenges and obstacles in her own life. Her passion for living helped her through these “challenges” and guided her towards an incredible life.   Deborah says, "Although my story is painful, if I have not lived through these challenges, I would not be able to help others."  Friends of Deborah suggested she help others by sharing her story in writing.  Deborah hopes her second book, when finished, will help people become inspired and motived towards overcoming their challenges and living the life they deserve.  Deb's story is not only inspirational but helps people recognize the choices they have and how they can turn their lives around.

Deborah provides coaching for clients going through a divorce - providing support and assistance (not legal advice).

After years of helping to manage her husband's office, Deborah recognized an opportunity to help Chiropractors and Chiropractic Office Assistants through many facilitated workshops and soft skills training.  Deborah is in the process of writing a unique training manual for Chiropractors and COAs and expects it to be published in 2017/2018.

careers-solutionsDeborah was a volunteer with the RCMP for more than 16 years. During this time, she was an integral contributor to the Nova Scotia RCMP’s Victim Assistance Program, as the Provincial Coordinator. Working in partnership with the RCMP, Deborah provided critical services to victims and witnesses of crime and trauma. Deborah’s greatest reward was assisting and seeing people move from victim to survivor to living a fulfilling and happy life.

Deborah enjoys writing and editing and offers both in her business.
